BT Sport not working on Firestick

Never had a problem before, but every time I try to watch BT Sport on my Firestick, I’ve started getting ID153 messages and can’t log in. Had the problem since using the Firestick on holiday in UK on a different Wi-Fi, but have already restored factory settings and no change.

Are you on a Plusnet broadband connection? If so, try rebooting your router. We're currently investigating issues with failed connections from some Plusnet IP ranges - rebooting the router should get you a new IP. If it doesn't work, keep rebooting until you get an IP that does work.

We have network teams from both BT and Plusnet working to fix this ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yep, it’s Plusnet. Turn it off and in again or factory reset?

Just off and on again should be enough - it should pick up a new IP address each time.
