I had to recontract too. If you are on VIP I guess you are in contract still.

I just tried to do an online order.  Upgraded to VIP and was then offered a new box but it was the 4K box that I already have!  Anyone managed to be offered the new Pro box at that point?  What's the trick?

At the point it offered me a box on the VIP upgrade - it was the Box Pro I was offered.

Just ring them that's all I did , had one within 2 days

Thanks @Deano123. Just called there. was put on hold for 5 minutes and when they came back they said that they are unable to offer that box at the moment. Seems to be the luck of the draw depending who you get through to. 😞

I don't know why they are messing about with these boxes they should be pushing them out allover the place to gain more customers,  I've even seen them for sale on ebay.

One Advisor told me they are being “officially released to Public” on 14th August so you may have better luck trying then

I tried myself multiple times but kept on getting denied by advisors

Maybe they  officially want to release them when wifi is switched on.
