Received BT TV Pro box today to go with my BT Broadband. But the box refuses to connect to my BT Home Hub over Wi-Fi. Weirdly it will connect to my Meraki Wi-Fi.
I know the password for the Wi-Fi is correct and there’s no Ethernet cable plugged in. It just keeps stating ‘cannot connect’.
Turn off Smart Setup on the hub.
Hello, I don't know how this community works but I have exactly the same issue. The Pro box has worked perfectly since I had it and suddenly it can't connect to the WiFi.
I see the previous contributor went to private messages which doesn't really help me.
Does anyone have any ideas?
