I have applied the 10.01 update from OnePlus for my 5T. But when I request a BT Virus Protect mobile app activation code from my phone, I get this error:-
"We had trouble connecting to the network. Please try later"
My connectivity is fine.
I was going to remove and add back my device from BT Virus Protect, but it says the device will be removed for ever! What does this mean? Will I be able to add it back against?
