I am having trouble downloading Bt connection profile in my Bt Wi-fi app for my iPhone 11 , iPhone 10 & iPad 5 which are all using IOS 13.6 , whenever I enter my CORRECT password to install Bt connection profile it says ( problem with login details) incorrect password basically ( keep in mind that I have just used this same correct password to log into the app successfully ) therefore I am using the correct password to install connection profile but It keeps saying I’m using wrong password, so there is no way for me to download the connection profile onto my devices.
Please help me solve this
