Hi, can anybody help me?
I have BT Wifi enabled on my home broadband and I am able to login from my laptop etc using my BT ID. There seems to be a problem with the app. Even though it accepts my login details, every time I click on BT WiFi I get a message saying unable to login and that my saved details may be incorrect. I have tried changing my password. I have managed to get it to work once by deleting and re-installing the app but I get the same message the next time I try to connect.
If I delete the app, I can login using the BT WiFi landing page. I have called BT several times but no one has been able to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
You should try contacting the BTWifi app developers to see if the can help
