Every time I try to log in BT WiFi app I get this message please help

I'm sorry you're having problems with the WiFi App. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling? Try Getting started with the BT Wi-fi app and let me know how you get on.

I have tried that a few times and it is still the same message
Are you the BT Broadband account holder and using your BTID to log on or if you are not the BT Broadband account holder are you using the account holder's BTID?
Yes I am and using a BT internet log in details
