BT WiFi page unavailable

I followed the link from my Smart Hub home page to try to disable BT Wifi.

It takes me to my Product page and when I click on the BT WiFi "Learn more" link in My Products I get an  "Error 500 - Server unable to respond"

I want to deactivate BT WiFi on my router but am unable to do so 😞

Is this just BT making it awkward to opt out of sharing my bandwidth?

Any suggestions would be welcome
