I am in the same position Amazon took back my Roberts Radio and delivered another today and still won't connect to BT Hub. What can be done!!! My older Roberts Streaming Radio found the hub immediately.

I just replied to say in the same boat. Amazon took the original one back and delivered another today but still no joy in connecting to BT hub yet my old streaming radio did it automatically. It's useless as can only get 5 dab stations and no FM living in Suffolk - so a complete waste of money. Have posted on Roberts Facebook lets see what they say. What happened to you and yours?

I fear I had no solution. The radio continued to work on other wifi connections (including on BT) but not mine. I am afraid I exhausted every avenue. Sorry!
