BT Yahoo's 'cloud' - where their head obviously lives?....

In addition to overcharging customers, frequently crashing, introducing gratuitous changes and using 'Covid' as an excuse for retreating from customer contact is there any reason why Yahoo's new 'Cloud' service is also completely impossible to access?  Been trying on a daily basis for almost two months!!
