BT closing my PPPoE session

Hi there,

Is there any particular reason that BT would purposely close my PPPoE session 3 times in 1 day? I keep receiving the following requests:

Jul 8 21:33:16 ppp [wan_link0] LCP: rec'd Terminate Request #104 (Opened)
Jul 8 21:33:16 ppp [wan_link0] LCP: state change Opened --> Stopping

That log means BT is forcefully requesting my PPPoE session to be closed. Will the BT FTTP fault team have the technical knowledge for this type of thing? I know the BT forum guys are usually more inclined which is why I'm asking here.

If you have FTTP then you need to phone 08005874787 who deal with FTTP  the forum mods don't deal with FTTP
