My BT equipment was supposed to be delivered today, and have an engineer coming tomorrow between 8am and 1pm but it has t arrived just got back from work and it’s not here I tried phoning but there’s no option to choose, I need help
Yes it says it’s in transit and was received at Medway mail centre on Saturday
The equipment could still arrive tomorrow morning. In any event nothing could now be sent out to you that would arrive any sooner.
All you can do is wait and see if it arrives and if not then contact BT.
Depending on what the engineer is calling at your property to do it will most likely be that he/she can still perform the task and all you would need to do would be to plug in the equipment, presumably the Smarthub, when it arrives.
Okay, I’ll wait and hopefully it’ll turn up tomorrow, i hey didn’t want the engineer making a wasted journey, thank you for replying and advising me what to do
