Hello.
It has recently been bought to my attention that our website: https://tekflo.com is inaccessible from any one using BT internet.
I originally checked this with our hosting company who have confirmed no issues there. We also have other websites on the same server and these work fine insinuating it’s just this specific domain / website.
When using say my 4G Vodafone connectivity it works just fine, and also on my PC when using Google’s DNS (8.8.8.8). I can only assume BT DNS has for some reason blocked or blacklisted the site.
Does anyone have any advice on what’s causing this issue and how we can fix this?
