BT monthly pass not showing on myBT

Hi,

I registered for BT sport monthly pass last night.

I can see the £25 was taken from my account but I never got an email confirmation and when I log into myBT I can’t see The monthly pass anywhere. 

Does anyone have any ideas? I have already checked to see if there are multiple accounts and still can’t see it.

Could you please send me a DM with details of the BT ID you're using, and also the reference number associated with the transaction on your bank account.  We can then trace that through and find out what's going on.
