Wondering if a moderator can assist me please.
Unfortunately my BT parental controls do not work despite setting them up, resetting routers etc...etc.
I have in the past called the help desk yet to no avail. Most frustrating really.
It seems the parental system controls will not work on my new phone number since moving area.
Can someone kindly help out.

Hi @Cherry500 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry the parental controls aren't working after you've moved home. We'll be able to help you get that sorted so I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderators.
Despite numerous calls to BT, posing on this board etc, etc, still no joy in getting parental control to work.
It's a waste of time calling 150 as you get passed from operator to operator who doesn't have a clue.
Finally, you get put on hold, the line then drops and hey presto...back to the beginning calling 150 - then 30 minute delay plus to even get through.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BT!!!!
No call back, no interest from BT.
BT YOU HAVE A DUTY OF CARE !
