BT remote doesn't control TV volume - SOLUTION

I've seen a number of messages asking how to control TV volume with the BT remote.

Answer:

1) Press the purple 'Home' button

2) Scroll up to the top right 'Settings' option (the cog)

3) Select 'Bluetooth remote'

4) Select 'Control Volume and Source'

5) Select 'Set Top Box'

Not a solution. Bluetooth remote is not an option
