Hi all got EE sim from BT and PAC code from my mobile provider nine days age and still do not have my
mobile original number and can not receive may usual calls and mobile not ported been touch EE but they are telling
me it is my previous sim provider causing the problem, how sort this out suggestions welcome thanks.
Hi @anin1 I'm sorry to see the number port has not gone as planned. Unfortunately, we can't provide support for EE sim cards on the BT community forum so I'd recommend posting on the EE Community or contacting EE customer service for assistance.
