I had an extra broadband line put in. Instead of the engineer adding another line he just used the present cable.
Download speed is fine and stable but upload has steadily dropped from 16000kbps to 10000kbps.
The other broadband connection upload is steady at 18000kbps.
I'm using vigour 130's but tried the bt hub and that also connected at 10000kbps well it did until it did a firmware update then it refused to connect at all.
Tried a different cable same speed.
Any suggestions?
