Additionally My BT mail account has just been upgraded, the only reason I know is because there is a large pop up window that appears when I log in via webmail telling me my account has been upgraded and here are the benefits. When I clear that window another pop up appears saying ther has been an unexpected error. When I clear that window I can access my emails but ONLY see the emails starting from the 29th May

Apologies for not coming back before!!! Thanks for your advice. I did find my emails on another device. Fearful that I might lose them I’ve stopped downloading emails on that device and use another for recent emails. A good lesson for me on backing up emails I want to keep!
