Bt id activation

Iv received the bt id activation email and it won't load can anyone please help me with any suggestions on how to solve the issue.

Sorry you're having problems activating your BT ID. Is this on the App or online? Are you seeing any error messages? Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?
