Purchased Jan 2020.
First of all, when we purchased this, the baby and parent unit connected. I had intermittent luck connecting the app.
Issues:
Fundamentally, the baby camera and parent unit are not connecting. When troubleshooting I've reset parent unit (15 seconds unplugged, 10 seconds holding the power button, 'adding' camera in position 2. I've reset my home WiFi, turned off house appliances. Nothing works (oh and by the way, we've got a 3 month old baby).
- the baby camera Link button on the back of the camera does not work. No flashing or words saying "ready to pair".
- Red signal on monitor and loud beeping to say it's disconnected.
- Or, tonight, I've got full signal but just showing the BT logo.
Then, of we do get it working in some way, the signal lasts for 1 hour and cuts out.
Parent unit is fully charged.
Distance between parent unit and camera is 5m with a normal wall in between. We live in a small 2 bed flat.
