We received a BT baby monitor 3000 when my daughter was born three years ago. In march 2019 we noticed that the LCD screen on the parent unit was cracked (daughter got the blame for that one!) and we ordered a replacement from Discount Communications the official spares supplier.
Last night this replacement unit stopped charging. I've emailed DisCom and await a response, but does anyone know if there is any easy way to obtain replacement parts or somewhere it can be sent for repair?
I've enquired with some local mobile phone repair shops but none of them seem interested in looking at the devices.
I'm reluctant to buy a brand new monitor if there's any way of salvaging the old ones!
