Our baby monitor is either not charging fully or seems to be losing charge very quickly within 1-2 hours. How can i get a new monitor? The quicklinx is F1S1. I have tried calling but am not having much joy getting to speak to someone.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if your BT Baby monitor isn't working correctly. If you give the helpdesk a call on 0808 1006554 and they'll be able to give you a hand. They're open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
