Bandwidth

Having successfully accessed iplayer, I am now receiving " you don't have enough bandwidth to play this right now" messages, sometimes part way through something. Can anyone help?

Can you confirm which device you are getting the error on and how the device is connected to your router/homeHub .

hi The error message is on my laptop which is connected by wifi .

is your laptop connecting to 2.4 or 5ghz network?

have you tried using ethernet connection and see if you get same message
