Hi,
My broadband suddenly switched itself off tonight about 11PM. Tried all the usual support avenues, had to use my phone, but now it's saying I have a billing restriction on my account.
But my bill is paid until 16th of April. Can't get through to anyone at BT, despite it saying I can speak to someone 24/7 on the umber provided but its a dead end.
Anyone else having issues?
Have you checked your MyBT to see whether there are any issues reported there?
