Blue Lines appear, on the left-hand side of an email. The more times the email is sent and then returned, the more Blue lines appear.
No one from BT is able to fix the problem.
I have registered a new BT email address but it still happens.
I have been with BT for years. I was previously on the Yahoo platform when this started.
BT say that " they are aware of this problem" but are unable to fix.
I am seriously considering leaving BT.
