There is a telegraph pole in my garden covered in Ivy. We have trimmed the ivy around the pols BUT the root is causing issues with my neighbours driveway.
Who is responsible for the maintenance of the pole and growth. We have done what we can to kill the ivy BUT need clear direction as to the root and the problems it is causing to the neighbours surface.
