Broadband Hub6

My broadband has been working fine, until today when it started to flash purple and says internet may not be available when trying to connect devices. I have tried switching on and off/ restarting. Any help much appreciated.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

Also try a factory reset of the home hub.
