As we work for the NHS we recently received unlimited data on our mobile phones, this seems to have activated the Broadband backup feature, however since this has been activated our broadband in the house now drops in and out frequently. Any ideas how to resolve this? Or is it a case of contacting BT to have our free unlimited data reward removed from our mobiles?
If this is a fixed broadband you are referring to then check for noise on the line. 17070 option 2, best with corded phone. It should be silent between announcements. Any noise report as a line fault, not broadband.
