I was just wondering if there is a claw that I can close my account without back lash.
In August my broadband when down and wasn't fixed for 5 days, this morning I woke up to my broadband being down again ( everything in my home is run on WiFi) you are ment to trust your WiFi provider talking to them I have to wait until 13th! To be fixed. I currently I have a covid so I get they can't come in here but in August I had this where they said they needed to come in and I waited all day turned out they never needed to come in and it was only outside. It's so frustrating and I have enough now so is there a way I can leave.
