I am having problems with my home broadband - fibre to cabinet, copper to house I think. Yesterday evening kept buffering, this morning OK then not working. I've tried switching the router off and on again and checked the phone line - fine.
I tried the online BT help and it directed me to a phone number which has a message saying - Covid - unless you are very vulnerable, go online. I'm not in the vulnerable category. Downchecker suggests service OK.
No idea what to do next.
