Broadband speed has suddenly fallen off the face of the earth !? I've tried contacting BT through their website chat and it just crashed, I used to get 50mbps comfortably and now using their speed checker I'm getting 7mbps and they say this is normal !??
I've been asking the wife whether she has renegotiated our contract to change what service we pay for (as the BT speed checker says we are getting what is expected)..... But she said no.
We seem to be on A FIBRE 1 deal whatever that is 👀
I've got no idea where to go from here or what to check and would be so grateful for some guidance

I too am suffering with this issue, constantly having to restart the hub, which helps for a while, when I do a bt Speedtest, I get a message saying there has been a problem, but no way to contact bt.
