When using the BT box i regularly have error message "We can't detect your broadband". After a short wile the connection is restored. I have I have followed the suggestions as per YVM102 error code but makes no difference.
I suspect it is the broadband connection but could be the box.
Hi. Call into the BT faults department and explain the issue. They'll run a test on your BT box and broadband connection which may show up a problem which can then be resolved.
