I purchased the 3 disc BT premium whole home WIFI package. Set up was easy but i needed and additional disc. So i purchased an additional disc (same type). When I try to add it through the mobile app, it says disc found for about 10 minutes, then says no discs could be found. The additional disc has a constant blue light but it doesn't appear on the app. Can anybody help me set this up properly?
Hi @Marcusb88, welcome to the forum and, thanks for your post. I'm sorry you are having trouble connecting a 4th disc to your set-up. It would be best to contact the Whole Home Wifi helpdesk as they are best placed to help you. You can call them on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm)
