Bt Sport app on PS5 not allowing streaming

Everytime I try to watch a livestream on any channel on the ps5 application it gives me an error to try again, is there any reason why this isn't working at all?

The streaming works on other devices just not the ps5

Hi @rhydz97 Sorry about the delay getting back to you and for the issues you've experienced with the BT sport app on your PS5. This is being investigated by Sony and there is a discussion on this thread which you may find informative.
