Bt WIFI app not accepting my BT ID

Hi, I use BT wifi app to connect to BT wifi access points. I am logged in to the app but when the app tries to log me into a bt wifi hotspot it says my log-in details are incorrect, also when i try to get my BT wifi details I get an error.

 

I am a BT customer and My BT Wi-fi status: is active

can you log in to your own hub BTWIFI but not use the app?

Hi,  No , I cannot  it says the same: log-in details are incorrect

I note that you have previous problems logging onto BTWifi. Were these problems ever resolved and have you ever been able to log on using your BTID ?

Are you a "new" BT Broadband customer or an "old" customer. If you were a customer prior to 2014, you need to use your "primary" email address to log on. This may or may not be the same as your BTID.
