Received an email on 22nd September saying:
"Congratulations – you’ve been successfully referred to BT Broadband. Once your first bill has been paid, your £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card should be with you in the next 30 days."
First bill long-since paid, but no sign of the gift card.
Where do I go from here?
