What date did you place your order, and when was your service activated?
I assume you cancelled your original order, then ordered student broadband?
It supposed to be a 4G box until my order for the broadband arrive, that’s what BT said to me on the phone
The BT Smart Hub 2 is not a 4G device. BT would need to send you a separate 4G router.
