Bt wifi won't work on Xbox x and laptop

I can't get the wifi to work on my sons Xbox x and laptop. It connects fine to everything else just not these. It connects but it says there is no connection

Try turning off smart setup.

I have tried that but can't find smart setup I've followed all the instructions but there isn't a smart setup on my page for some reason

I have managed to turn it off now but it still isn't working on the consoles and laptop
