Can I unplug my landline telephones and just have the hub connected?

Go to solution

Since I only ever receive nuisance calls on my landline, I want to unplug the phones and only use my mobile.  Is this okay as long as my hub is still connected to the phone line?

Yep. We've not had a landline phone plugged in for 5 years..  Tried one once and got 20 cold calls in 3 days!!

You don't need a landline phone but it's always useful in case of emergencies. Just get the cheapest tackiest wired phone you can find and shove it in a cupboard or drawer somewhere just in case you need it
