Hi, for a while now I have been unable to access Spotify (i've since got round this with downloading the app) and now can't access Amazon.
I have tried using Chrome and Edge but the same error message appears:
This site can’t be reached
www.amazon.co.uk took too long to respond.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I am using BT fibre and can access the sites with tablets, mobiles etc but just can't access either site with the laptop. As far as I know neither is added to a blocked site with Windows Defender or AVG.
I'm running Windows 10, all up to date
Any ideas?
