Can't log into My BT app

If I log into the app using my BT ID and password I get this. However if I log into the My BT section of the BT website it shows my products. Can someone help me fix this as I've been told the app is useful setting up the complete WiFi disk that are due to arrive any day.

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

Sorry for the problems you're having logging into the MyBT app.  This isn't something the Community is going to be able to help with.  We'll need to pick it up from here.
