Can't port forward

Hello, I am trying to port forward my Minecraft server on my BT Smart Hub 2, but when I port forward, UpNp is unchecked and yougetthesignal.com says the ports are still closed.

What does https://www.grc.com/shieldsup show. The minecraft server needs to be running for the port to open.

Then that's a problem with your application not port forwarding.
