Can’t run speed test

Full Fibre installed today with Smart Hub. Minimum download speed meant to be 455 Mbps. Speed test.net said 300 Mbps at about 5pm. Then 40 Mbps by 7pm. When I try to test the speed in the BT app I get a message saying it can’t run a test. Any advice?

You cannot run that speed test app on FTTP. Use this. https://fast.com/en/gb/
