I can’t see how to cancel my BT engineer visit on Thursday 7 April eta 12-3 pm. When I click on to more information the page is blank and it says request failed.
I only simply made an order to cancel the Box Nation add on as I don’t use it. There’s no need for the engineer to call but it automatically came up on my order and wouldn’t let me complete it until I’d ticked the engineer box.
