Recently I exhausted my data allowance so purchased a data add on. I no longer need this but can find no way of cancelling it.
I have tried to manage the add on and cancel it through my account.
I contacted the live chat but no one available to assist! Tried 150 but call rings and drops out when mobile assistant sought. Frustrating or what!
It appears BT make it easy to take your money from you but incredibly hard if you wish to stop them taking it.
Why is there not a simple feature within your account to change your add ons and is there anyone here who can actually do anything to cancel this as this is a simple request.

You normally can manage all add-ons in MyBT so if its not allowing you to do it there, you'd have to call 150 and speak to an agent. They're open til 8pm today so should be able to sort it out.
