Cancelled account early

I cancelled my monthly BT Sport and was told and I can now now see on my account that it ends 20th May 2021, however today is the 18th May 2021 and my account says I need a subscription as mine has ended. This is diabolical as there are matches tonight and I believe tomorrow and yet you have cut me short, I tried to complain online but continually got "sorry cannot complain at this time" message????????

Did you get this resolved @etc63? A quick look at your profile shows that it's still active, so you shouldn't have any issues still using it.
