My mother is away at the moment and needs to access her emails via laptop rather than an email app on her mobile but each time she tethers her laptop and launches the sky email webpage, access is denied even before login credentials are required.
She can access her emails through the email app and when tethered to her laptop using the Chrome browser but not through Microsoft Edge. I am able to access her emails from a different location via BT Broadband and when tethered to my BT Mobile. Is there something on her mobile that would be stopping access when tethered?
