I just signed up for the monthly pass but need to cancel it so it does not recur but there is no option in MYBT to cancel. under my products it shows MT Sports but can only add it not cancel it....
Sounds like you may have more than one account on your BT ID?
Near the top right of the MyBT screen (beneath the "Email" part of the header bar), does it show a drop-down with another account listed? Click it, to switch to the other account.
