Morning Had some issues with receiving email over the last few days. Yesterday I got a message saying my account had been stopped as suspected problems. logged onto my BT and changed password. To day I tried to send an email but it would not send. As a last resort I deleted my email account and reinstalled it on iphone, then got email welcoming me to "my new improved email service". Having looked at my account I can see the in-box I cannot see any of the folders I have created that should be attached to it.
Have chatted to BT complete waste of time they say talk to apple. Tried to call BT cant get through Anyone out there have any any advice
Did you reinstall the account as POP3 or IMAP? If IMAP did you select which folders to sync in the app?
Can you see the folders in webmail?
Just installed under "other" on phone settings. That's still no showing folders . However have installed and looked at the BT email app on the iphone and that appears to be working ok ?
I suspect you set the other app up as POP3 rather than IMAP.
